Snip & Tuck Cards

Snip & Tuck Cards are fun to make. I used Robin Messenheimer's Snip and Tuck Tutorial with card stock measuring 4-1/4 x 11 inches. Fold it in half at the 5-1/2" mark. Cut diagonals on opposite sides of the paper. Tuck the back piece underneath the front when it's folded.

The front of the card is shown above.  The opened card is displayed below.

The blue and green card is a result of a mistake. I cut the diagonals incorrectly on the blue paper. So, I added a piece of green card stock for the back of the card. I left about an inch of blue paper beyond the fold and used that to adhere the green card stock, which was cut to 4-1/4 x 5-1/2". The printed paper was added to the "triangle" areas near the diagonal cuts as well as on the front.  Used a nesta die for the scalloped oval.
